New Student Registration

New student registration is Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 9-11 AM and 12-2 PM Registration will take place at our current location: 3010 Cobb Parkway NW, Kennesaw, GA.
To expedite the registration process, please bring copies of items requested that KCSMA may keep!
In order to register a new student ALL paperwork and documents must be complete and into KCSMA by March 11, 2013 or your spot will be forfeited.
The documents needed are:
1. KCSMA Registration Forms
2. Birth Certificate
3. Social Security Card
4. GA Form 3231- Immunization Form
5. GA Form 3300- Eye, Ear, and Dental Form
6. Two proofs of Cobb County Residenty (Mortgage Document, Rental/Lease Agreement, Property Tax Record, Current Utility Bill, Income Tax Records, Voter ID Card, or signed Affidavit of Residency from homeowner in which a parent/guardian resides with supporting documents.)
