New parents are invited to meet with Mrs. Frey on July 22 at 5:00pm.
Parents are encouraged to ask questions and Mrs. Frey will talk about some new parent “must knows”.
Veteran parents will be present to welcome new parents and share information.
Be the first to see and purchase new 2013-2014 KCSMA Spirit Wear!
Chef Advantage will be on campus assist parents with ordering lunch.

REMINDER – All 2013-2014 incoming Kindergarten students must attend screening on Friday, May 24, at the school.

Last names beginning with M-Z 1p – 3p

Please refer to the materials you received at New Student Registration on March 7.

Attention Parents of Rising 6th Graders

KCSMA School Calendar Change

As you all know, we follow Cobb County’s calendar. They have recently (within the past couple of days) added in 2 early release days on the last two days of school. KCSMA will release students at NOON on Wednesday, May 22nd and Thursday, May 23rd. The ASP Program will be available as usual.

**Please note, May 23rd is the last day of school!**

Knights Around the World Summer Camp

Two summer camp sessions are being offered at KCSMA:

June 3-7 and June 10-14

Please see the attached registration form, which needs to be printed, completed, and submitted with payment.

Camp is for grades K-6

Summer Camp is 9:00-4:00.

Before care is from 7:30am- 9:00am

After care is from 4:00pm-6:00pm

CRCT TESTING NEXT WEEK!

Testing begins this Monday, April 22, 2013. Please make sure your children are on time for school everyday. Also, please make sure they get enough sleep the night before each day of the test and eat a healthy breakfast.

You will find a copy of the parent letter about the CRCT that was emailed to all today.

Thanks again for your cooperation to make this testing experience a successful one for all.
