Spring Break- April 2nd through 6th!

Board Meeting
The KCSMA board will meet for a regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 7 PM on 3/8/12.
New Student Registration
Please see the link for “New Student Registration” under the Enrollment tab at the top of this page for paperwork.
New student registration for those admitted through the lottery and siblings of current students is Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4-6pm and Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 9-11am. Registration will take place at our current location: 1370 Lockhart Dr, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
To expedite the registration process, please bring copies of items requested that KCSMA may keep!
In order to register a new student ALL paperwork and documents must be complete and into KCSMA by March 9, 2012 or your spot will be forfeited.
The documents needed are:
1. KCSMA Registration Forms
2. Birth Certificate
3. Social Security Card
4. GA Form 3231- Immunization Form
5. GA Form 3300- Eye, Ear, and Dental Form
6. Two proofs of Cobb County Residenty (Mortgage Document, Rental/Lease Agreement, Property Tax Record, Current Utility Bill, Income Tax Records, Voter ID Card, or signed Affidavit of Residency from homeowner in which a parent/guardian resides with supporting documents.
KCSMA Golf Tournament

Below is the list of lottery winners and the first 20 on the wait list in each grade. Registration Information will be posted very soon!!
2012-13 Lottery, February 14th!
Due to the unprecedented interest in KCSMA, the venue and times of the Lottery have changed.
The Kennesaw Charter Science & Math Academy Lottery for the 2012-2013 school year will be held on Tuesday, February 14th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Ben Robertson Community Center located at 2753 Watts Drive in Kennesaw.
Any lottery applicants are welcome to attend although certainly NOT required. Results will be posted to a link on the school’s website no later than 2/17/12.
