Don’t forget! Town Hall meeting tomorrow night, Sept 30, at 6:30 pm the KCSMA board will announce the location for the new school building. Jim Croft, the project architect will also present the plans for the new facility.

Do you have any loose pennies floating around that you are trying to get rid of? Well we have a plan for you: during the week of 10/4/10 a “pennies with a purpose” jar will be placed in your child’s classroom to collect pennies. We will collect pennies the entire school year, and at the end of the year the pennies will be used to do something special for the teacher from the whole class. Pennies can really add up so keep them coming all year long. If you have questions about “Pennies with a Purpose” please contact abbrea.askew@gmail.com .
Clean up @ KCSMA 9am until Noon – we need your help this Saturday, 10/2/10 at KCSMA from 9am until Noon. We are planning a big surprise over the next couple of weeks for the kids and in order for us to make that happen we DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP this Saturday. Please come prepared to work outside – bring garden gloves and tools like trimmers, shovels, rakes, clippers, etc as we are going to be cleaning up around the school grounds to prepare for the surprise. It is VITAL that you RSVP to kcsmapto@gmail.com to let us know if you can come and help because we have to know how many folks can help us. Even if you don’t have those tools please just come and help out with willing hands.
